Mystery of a woman
M.W. was born into a family of robbers, as the daughter of a woman who led a gang of robbers. Sebastian Black assisted her mother and spent time with the young lady, teaching her coin tricks. He was the closest thing she had to a father in the brief moments he spent with her. He gave her the coin during the tricks.
M.W. later ran into Sebastian Black in Iceland and discovered he was a well-known magician. She became acquainted with his son, and the two spent time together as he demonstrated tricks to her and they watched the Northern Light together. She watched all five of his shows over the course of a week and gave him the coin Sebastian had given her. Sebastian scolded her and told her she was doomed to be a thief if she didn’t stop talking to his son. Sebastian left at the end of the week with his son, and she never saw him again.
M.W. started looking into Sebastian’s background and discovered that his grandfather was a member of Corpus Vale and had assisted a group of wealthy men in concealing vast sums of money. Cameron had a twin brother, but she couldn’t tell which of the two brothers she had met in Iceland. She honed her skills as an illusionist and a thief, and she provided her services to a variety of criminals. She also started making arrangements to get to the fortune, devising a complex strategy to do so.
