How to create a wifi network

Surely more than once you have suffered the lack of WiFi and 3G connection on your phone or tablet, while your computer connected by cable or PLC enjoys an enviable speed. Today we bring a tutorial that will solve all our connection problems, allowing us to create a WiFi network from our PC, without downloading junk programs and completely free of charge.
The first thing we will have to do is open the Windows cmd command line, right click and run as administrator to then configure our future WiFi network with the following command.
Once we have configured our WiFi network, we will have to start our access point. To do this, we will reopen the cmd command line, running it as administrator, and insert the following command.
And ready, if we have followed the steps correctly, we will have access to our own personal WiFi network, which will remain active as long as the computer remains on, being necessary to re-enter the cmd command line as administrator and re-type the command to start the network (it is not necessary to re-configure the network).

Without internet connection, almost all the devices we have at home are useless. I’m not just talking about the PC, smartphone or tablet. Even smart TVs and video game consoles require internet to update, install and run applications.
Another detail is that if we manage to access the network, the device itself serves to share WiFi with the rest. This way we can be sure which devices are accessing and avoid having to share our router password.
In Share my Internet connection we select the connection from which we access the network with our Windows PC. Then we activate the option Share my Internet connection with other devices.
The first recommendation is Virtual Router, a free and open source application for Windows 7 and 8. Its purpose is precisely what we are looking for: to turn our computer into a wireless access point to the Internet to access our phone, tablet, printer…

Wireless network adapter. A wireless network adapter is a device that connects your computer to a wireless network. To connect your laptop or desktop computer to your wireless network, your computer must have a wireless network adapter. Most laptops and tablets (and some desktops), are shipped with a wireless network adapter already installed.
Once you have all the equipment, you will need to set up the modem and Internet connection. If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has not set up the modem, follow the instructions provided with the modem to connect it to your PC and the Internet. If you are using DSL, connect the modem to a telephone jack. If you are using cable, connect the modem to a cable outlet.
Some routers support Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS). If your router supports WPS and is connected to the network, follow these steps to set up a network security key:
Write down the security key and store it in a safe place. You can also save the security key to a USB flash drive by following the instructions in the wizard. (Saving the security key to a USB flash drive can be done in Windows 8 and Windows 7, but not in Windows 10).

The first thing we have to do is to go to the section of “Start / Control Panel”, since, before configuring correctly the local area network, we will have to make sure that certain configurations we have them made, otherwise, the option to share files and folders will not work.
Once we are in user accounts, we will see our own administrator user account. If we want to create others, we will have to click on “Manage another account”, to be able to create new credentials.
It is very important that we define correctly the permissions of the new user, it is recommended that you use “Standard user” if you are only going to share files and folders, and “Administrator” if you are going to do administration tasks in the operating system. Once decided, click on “Create account”.
If we go back to the control panel, we will have to click on “Network and Sharing Center”, to check that we have configured the Windows Defender firewall correctly, it is very important this aspect because it could be blocking all the traffic, and therefore, they will not be able to connect to us.
