Associate Attorney David B. Kline David B. Kline is a member of the firm’s associates. For the past twenty-eight years, Mr. Kline has been studying law, lecturing at different universities, and writing about the law. He started his legal career as an associate at a major insurance defense company, where he often represented large insurance firms. He discovered “the other hand” during that period. Mr. Kline agreed to “turn sides” after four years and has been a committed Plaintiff’s attorney ever since.
Mr. Kline was a member of the PBA’s Professionalism Committee and served as Chairperson of the Montgomery County Bar ADR Committee for two years. Before the rules were implemented in October of 1998, he was one of the original attorney-authors who submitted drafts of those Rules of Evidence to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Superior Court on many occasions. Mr. Kline’s briefs influenced insurance firms to tender the undisputed portion of their own insured’s uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

Even if you are innocent, you can hire a lawyer if you are ever convicted of a crime. The Prosecutor has vast resources dedicated to one goal: convicting you. And don’t believe anyone who says, “It’s just a misdemeanor, you don’t need a lawyer.” If convicted of a crime, you could face up to a year in prison, hefty fines, and a criminal record that could haunt you for the rest of your life. Lee Klein has the background and training to defend your rights and ensure you get a fair trial, having worked as an Assistant District Attorney and a Municipal Judge. GET IN TOUCH WITH LEE
