After waiting an hour for a cold pizza with a missing object, I was met with rudeness from both the delivery driver and the store when I flagged that my order was incomplete. Unfortunately, this is just one of the store’s many errors, but it’s totally unfair to suggest that the consumer is at fault because they clearly haven’t received anything they paid for. They offered to send the missing item back out, but I told them not to bother because they seemed annoyed by the prospect. My go-to pizza joint is Papa John’s, and they’ll be getting 100% of my business once again.More The visit will take place in March 2021. Is this information useful?

On the 27th of August, 2019, I reviewed this product on my phone. They made me sick with diarrhoea. I just ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, ate it, and then went to the bathroom and pooed all over the place, blocking the toilet. Tuesday, November 2nd, 2019 The worst pizza and service I’ve ever seen! We had traveled from Manchester in the morning and spent the afternoon sight-seeing in Oxford. As a result, we were tired and hungry by early evening. Everything we wanted to do was grab a quick takeout lunch, bring it back to our hotel room, and eat it while relaxing with our feet up.
We saw some other customers waiting for their orders when we entered the shop. We looked at a few of the deals posted around the shop, but none of them seemed to make sense to us, considering the fact that we are fairly intelligent people. As a result, we requested that the young man behind the counter clarify a few of the deals to us. He did it reluctantly and quickly. We were not much the wiser after his jumbled explanations, so we ordered what we thought was a good deal for two medium pizzas.
The two pizzas took the better part of 30 minutes to prepare and cook. We were given the tiniest “medium-sized” pizzas we had ever seen when they were handed over. They were also the most expensive small takeout pizzas we’d ever bought.

When they call me to place an order and I respond, they are rude and angry. If you want to have clients and get less complaints, you need to act professional and have some decent customer skills. On November 4, 2018, I checked it out on my phone. Far better than the previous time… Food was much better than the last time I had it delivered… everything seemed to be much more fresh, warm, and tasty, and the pizza was delicious! I just had to wait 30 minutes for home delivery after placing my order (the last time I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes!) The guy who delivered to my door was nice and polite. On the 23rd of October, 2018, I reviewed this product on my phone. This pizza joint should be avoided!! Last night I ordered pizza and was supposed to get the two free garlic bread they promised to deliver with the next order, but the pizza arrived stone cold, missing the free garlic bread, and they had cocked the order…up again, sending me chicken wings instead of chicken strippers. I tried to call to complain and spent 30 minutes constantly ringing on two different phones to no avail. We are a Domino’s pizza-loving family who recently relocated to this city, and I’m amazed that this franchise is still in business; you can’t even order from another location because they tell you to call Kidlington!! I won’t be ordering Domino’s again, and I’ve filed a report with resolver, including pictures of my 50+ phone calls and my chicken wings, which are sitting on my side, uneaten, because the chicken was for my 5-year-old, who won’t eat chicken with bones and was upset that he didn’t get his strippers for tea, and I’ll be calling head office today!! > Read More The visit took place in October of 2018. We placed an order for delivery, which was promised in 30 minutes “or so.” Our pizza arrived after more than an hour and two phone calls (with lame excuses). It’s difficult to put into words how good a good pizza is…and even more difficult to put into words how bad a bad pizza is. Consider a cardbord crust with cold, sparse ingredients and a bland taste. In general, this was a poor experience. Don’t buy Domnino, and if you do, don’t order it from Oxford, Michigan! and more Visited in May of 2018 Is this information useful?
