ITW Event Director Ross Webster says, “We are delighted to announce that Dr. David Hanson of Hanson Robotics will deliver the keynote at ITW.” “AI is supposed to have an effect on a variety of sectors, including optimizing and automating telecom networks, as Dr. Hanson and Sophia, the Artificial Intelligence robot, will explore.”
Executives from leading global organizations, including headline sponsors AT&T, China Telecom Global, Etisalat, Orange International Carriers, PCCW Global, Sparkle, STC, Tata Communications, Telefónica, and Telstra, attend the gathering, which is produced by Capacity Media, for educational programs, meetings, and networking. Attendees use ITW to share business ideas and opportunities, as well as to extend their global scope through the formation of new collaborative relationships.
ITW also invites global accredited media organizations to the conference and announces the availability of the ITW Press Room.
The ITW Show Daily – a magazine circulated daily during the conference – invites event participants to request press releases and news for consideration.

The future of human-robots relations – dr. david hanson

David Hanson is the founder and CEO of Hanson Robotics, a company whose aim is to build robots with the same social skills as humans. He has seen the success of robotic facial hardware that establishes eye contact, recognizes faces, and conducts natural spoken conversation through his organization. Hanson hopes that these artificial faces can be useful in the fields of cognitive science and psychology, as well as in the entertainment industry. This young entrepreneur and roboticist, a former Walt Disney Imagineer, has been dubbed a “genius” by both PC Magazine and WIRED, and has earned awards from NASA, the National Science Foundation, and Cooper Hewitt Design. If Hanson succeeds, he will be able to build a socially intelligent robot that might one day join the human family.

Grace is being tested as an alpha prototype by Awakening Health as part of a sequence of ambitious moves toward deploying robotic and avatar medical assistants products in 2021. Grace embodies the best of these cutting-edge innovations inside a new product to benefit elderly users through friendly therapeutic interactions, building on previous healthcare achievements with Hanson robots (autism treatment, eldercare study, and safety testing at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC) and SNET AI (disease analytics and therapeutic dialogue).
AHL CEO David Lake says, “This convergence of the engineering and medical field is a vital initiative by the world’s leading robotics and AI team.” “Previously, the stellar team was linked through Sophia, the most advanced celebrity humanoid robot. HR unveiled Sophia 2020 for R&D and B2B applications after years of serving academic science, museums, and other industries.”
Grace, Sophia’s younger sister, now enables rapid distribution of existing hardware, AI, and charm to support the healthcare industry. Hanson and Goertzel’s robotics and AI teams work in Greater China, the United States, Europe, Brazil, Russia, Ethiopia, and India. AHL assembles an all-star cast from the business and medical worlds, led by Asian industry veteran David Lake and leading medical researchers.

Hanson’s interests as a child included drawing and reading science fiction by authors such as Isaac Asimov and Philip K. Dick, the latter of whom he would later emulate in android form. [three]
Hanson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film, Animation, Video (FAV) from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Ph.D. in digital arts and engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.

[number six] He designed a humanoid head in his own likeness in 1995 as part of an independent study project on out-of-body experiences, which was controlled by a remote operator. [3] Hanson and the KAIST Hubo community built “Albert Hubo,” a robot. Hanson’s entire career has been dedicated to the creation of humanoid robots.
