Are you preparing for a multi-day adventure or a challenge like the Marathon des Sables and need a Multi-Day Training Plan? The 12-week and 24-week Multi-Day Training Plans are designed to give you a structured weekly schedule that leads to a multi-day race or adventure that requires self-sufficiency.
The plans are based on the assumption that you already have a strong fitness foundation and are in good health. To consider committing to and beginning the 24-week programme, you should be running/walking at least three times a week.
Once you’ve purchased a plan, you’ll be able to contact us by email with any specific questions or requests for clarification. You will also be given links to relevant materials that will assist you in achieving your multi-day goals.
UPGRADE: If you need the 12/24-hour training schedule to be tailored to your individual fitness levels, targets, and goals, you can contact me via the contact form at any time to upgrade the plan.
