Money describes the experience as bittersweet and the most difficult thing she has ever had to do. Money had never felt love like she did when she delivered her baby, and it was difficult for her to hand her son over to the social worker.
According to Refinery29, the former Bachelor contestant made viewers laugh while still remaining strong through difficult times on the program. This new video “demonstrates where some of [Money’s] power came from,” according to the post.
Money said her goodbyes at the end of the video “Every woman’s dream is to be able to look in the mirror and love every obstacle, every trial, and every heartbreak they have faced in their lives while always feeling beautiful. To me, that is real beauty.”

Michelle Money tells Us Weekly exclusively that she wants to reunite with the son she gave up for adoption when she was a teenager. In a video for the skincare company PMD, the Bachelor alum recently opened up about becoming pregnant when she was 15 years old.
Money, 35, tells Us, “I am very optimistic that one day I will be able to reconnect with my son.” “I know I’ll never be able to replace his adoptive parents, but I’d be thrilled to have a role in his life if he’ll let me!”
At the time, the hairstylist, who has an 11-year-old daughter with ex-husband Ryan Money, chose a semi-open adoption. She is still keeping her son’s father’s identity a secret, but she really has positive things to tell about how he handled the situation.

Money says, “We are no longer in contact, but he was an extremely helpful and caring boyfriend at the time.” “We chose the parents, and for the first few years of his life, we were able to obtain letters and pictures.”
“I was overwhelmed with the need to prove myself to others and was extremely concerned with what others think of me. In the video, she says, “I got lost in that for a long time, just trying to overcompensate for this mistake that I made.” “It’s been a long journey for me to get here. It takes time to get to the point where you can be secure in the choices you’ve made in life and the trials you’ve faced.”

She became pregnant when she was 15 years old. Money explains what was going through her mind in vivid detail: “You go over all of your options in your mind for dealing with this,” she says. “It was not an easy decision to position this child for adoption, but it was the right one.”
“My dream for every woman is for them to be able to look in the mirror and love every struggle, trial, and heartbreak that they’ve faced in their lives and still feel beautiful,” she says in the video. Money has taught us this lesson during her time on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, and it’s one she clearly lives by.
