DLJdirect went public on the NYSE in 1999, making it one of the biggest Internet IPOs of the time.

Kumar, who is currently the CIO for BNY Mellon’s Financial Markets and Treasury Services companies, as well as its Pershing LLC subsidiary, is a member of the company’s global Operating Committee and reports to Kurt D.
