Watson was born in Columbus, Georgia, and started wrestling in the South Carolina indies while attending Furman University, where he earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in philosophy and psychology.
Watson was signed by TNA in 2007 and debuted under the name Consequences Creed as a tag partner of Ron “The Truth” Killings (who is now more widely known as WWE’s R-Truth), after spending a couple of years working indie promotions in South Carolina and Georgia under the name Austin Creed, a combination of his own name and Austin Creed from the Rocky movies, and during his time with the company he won the TNA Tag Team Championship.
Watson signed a developmental contract with WWE in 2010 and was assigned to their developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling, where he wrestled under his real name before adopting the Xavier Woods nickname.
He won the FCW tag team championship with Wes Brisco while in developmental, and after FCW rebranded as NXT, his character changed to a fanboy of 1990s pop culture like Dragon Ball Z and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Upupdowndown royal rumble 2021

As a professional wrestler and the host of the famous YouTube video game channel UpUpDownDown (UUDD), which launched in 2015 and has over 2 million subscribers as of this writing, Xavier Woods (real name Austin Watson, or “Austin Creed” in gaming circles) is in the unusual role of bridging two worlds. Although Woods has found success in both worlds, he told The Esports Observer that none of this would have been possible if he hadn’t received support as a child with social anxiety.
The reality is that Xavier Woods, the trombone-playing member of The New Day, and Austin Creed, the host of UUDD, would not exist if his mother had not encouraged him to pursue his passion for gaming. Woods’ mother found that he seemed to come alive while playing games with other kids when he was younger, so she organized a series of playdates for him.
He told The Esports Observer, “I was really socially awkward as a kid – still am as a guy – and so my mom said the first time she ever saw me really gravitate towards speaking to other kids and not being afraid was when we were playing video games together.”

Goldberg drops in during a crunchyroll

A tiny gaming channel appeared on Youtube in June 2015, hosted by a user known as Austin Creed. Normally, platforms like this take months, if not years, to gain traction. Creed’s channel, UpUpDownDown, on the other hand, soared to new heights.
Austin Creed is best known to WWE fans as Xavier Woods, a member of the company’s Tag Team Champions The New Day. And in just eight months, his channel has racked up nearly 400,000 subscribers around the world, thanks to its exclusive programming and consistent streaming, which creates a product that is not just entertaining to watch, but also unlike anything else on the internet.
He’s well-spoken but not stuffy, and he’s funny but not crass. When he’s not portraying a character, the lively intensity he brings to the ring on RAW and SmackDown is just as intense, if not stronger.
Woods still has access to a plethora of big names in the wrestling industry, many of whom are gamers themselves, as a WWE Superstar. Sasha Banks, Seth Rollins, Tyler Breeze, and a slew of other wrestlers appear in both Superstar Savepoint (a weekly segment in which Woods plays a game with a WWE Superstar or Diva) and Gamer Gauntlet (a weekly gaming competition, often between other wrestlers).

Call of duty: infinite warfare: reigns & rollins team up with

As part of UpUpDownDown’s Gamer Gauntlet series, this video takes one of the most famous and competitive rivalries of all time, Sasha Banks and Bayley, and brings it to the small screen of YouTube.
On the next video, Bayley and Sasha play the famous superhero fighting video game Injustice 2, but the loser has to eat a habanero pepper with hot sauce on it. Bayley and Sasha take on a number of characters, including Swamp Thing, Supergirl, and Harley Quinn, but Bayley emerges victorious in a best-of-five battle, three games to two.
Seth Rollins and Xavier Woods play Shinsuke Nakamura and Tye Dillinger in the recent (at the time) WWE 2K18 video game in this video. In a TLC Tornado Tag Team Match, they team up as a tag team to face The Natural Disasters. WWE announcer Corey Graves makes a cameo appearance in this video.
In this video, Bayley and Sasha Banks reunite. Although the video of them playing Injustice 2 on UpUpDownDown was the fourth encounter between Banks and Bayley, this episode of Gamer Gauntlet is the third encounter, and they play Mortal Kombat X, with the winner getting to do the loser’s makeup.
